iPhone 3GSがiTunesで認識されなくなりました。

困りました！
iPhone 3GSに乗り換えてから4日目。
iTunesに接続したら認識しなくなりました。
一応解決出来たのですが、大変な事でした。

現象

iPhone 3GSをMacへUSBで接続。
通常であればiTunesのデバイスリストに表示されるべきiPhone 3GSが表示されない。
usbmuxd というプロセスと、iTunes プロセスがCPUを約8%使用率で動きっぱなしになる。
また、iTunesのウィンドウが反応せず、アクティビティモニタでiTunesが「応答無し」状態。

解決方法

1. iPhone 3GSをMacのUSBポートから切断する。
2. iPhone 3GSの電源をOFFにする。
3. ホームボタンを押しながら電源をONにして、リカバリモードに入る。
4. iPhone 3GSをMacのUSBポートに接続し、表示されるメッセージ通り復元、再設定する。

コンソールの出力を見ていると、こんなメッセージが表示されている。
