Quality Of Life

What is your quality of life?

Work? Family? Health? Money? Anything else?

I realized that I do not have clear answer for the question.
I would like to work hard. I do not like nothing to do in office.
I would like to spend time with family. Traveling, eating, talking with family.
I would like to be healthy.
I want to be a rich man if I can.

But what I really want?
I still cannot find it. Ha ha ha…

Probably, most important thing at this moment is “looking for my quality of life”.

So, what is your quality of life?

自転車, 通勤, 雨, カッパ無し, もう大変。

先週に続き2回目の自転車通勤。
朝は涼しく、天気も良く、最高！
帰りは土砂降りで大変なことになりました。

荷物が濡れない様に、会社でビニール袋を1枚もらってプロテクト。
iPhoneは一番奥において絶対に濡れない様に。
後の事は全て忘れてTシャツも靴も、全部ずぶ濡れになって帰りました。

目の中に雨が沢山入って大変でしたが、とても久しぶりに雨でずぶ濡れになった気がします。
家に帰ってシャワー。なんかすっきりしました 🙂

道の駅 – 八王子滝山

今日は日曜日。
今までも数カ所の道の駅に行きましたが、実家のある八王子の道の駅に行った事はありませんでした。
今日初めて実家のBMWを車検の為にディーラーへ持って行ったその帰りに寄ってみました。

頻繁に行く道志に比べると小さいですが、決して小さすぎる事はなく普通でしょうか。
沢山の野菜が売っていて、品揃えは道志に比べると多い様です。
軽食も楽しめ、カレー、ラーメン、サンドイッチ、おにぎり、アイスクリームと色々あります。
残念ながら、犬を連れて座れるテーブルがありません(野外のテーブルもペット禁止)。
マナーの悪いお客さんがいたのかもしれませんが、ペットと一緒に楽しめないのは残念ですね。

My レガシー

Went to office by cycling.

I borrow a bicycle from colleague who is currently in Singapore office.
The bicycle is very good and high grade. But he did not bring it to Singapore.
It was kept in another colleague’s place for a year already.
So, I asked him if he allows me to use or sell it to me.

Today, I went to office by cycling.
Distance between home and office is about 8 km.
It took about 35 minutes to reach office in the morning.

I found that cycling is pleasant 🙂

An earthquake & A typhoon

We had a pretty strong earthquake at Izu area this morning 5:07AM (JST) Aug/11/2009.
I was sleeping, but suddenly I woke up.
A second after, I felt my apartment shake….

In fact we had a earthquake last Sunday evening also.
And this afternoon too.

The worst thing is southern part of Japan was hit by a typhoon when we had an earthquake.

Many houses collapsed.
Major roads were destroyed.
Train services have been suspended.
Over 100 people were injured.

I am sorry for victim.
I really hope everything will be smoothly restored.

Butterfly

Beside cicada, butterfly also visit the garden of my parents home often.
Usually we won’t notice that they are so beautiful.
The color of butterfly is just gorgeous.
Size is not a matter, I think.
